The City - North project consists of several parcels (620 acres located north and east of the interchange at Date Palm Drive and Highway 10) in Cathedral City, California. The City - North project seeks to enhance and expand the traditional values in Cathedral City. This is being achieved in a manner that recognizes and maintains the importance of the City's rich heritage and by retaining the character of existing communities in this new planned mixed use and residential community.

The design and planning of City - North blends with outstanding backdrop of natural landforms, has a hillside resort development leaving ridgelines untouched and promotes views and respects environmental sensitivities on the area. The heart of the community will be centered around an activity concourse and lake amenity with a wide range of retail and recreational facilities.

The blend of an entertainment district with a residential community provides the richness of a full community. Community amenities will include acres of parks and open space, smaller neighborhood oriented parks, recreational facilities, miles of nature, bike and discovery trails. These friendly neighborhoods will promote livability and pedestrian scale with convenient access to a vibrant activity area with a public square, shops, cafés and a variety of businesses and opportunities designed to serve its residents and attract a wide range of commuters and travelers.
