The City North Sports Clubs are designed to raise the employability of members through confidence building workshops, training courses on key skills such as presentation & public speaking in addition to high quality volunteering roles alongside our staff on one of our 4 externally funded sports based community programmes that make the H.E.A.R.T.S project family.

The 4 programmes members may access as volunteers will access are our Health Education Road-Shows ( city wide health education in primary & secondary schools); The Yes U Can (youth leadership/intervention project); District League ( a citywide basketball participation project ) City North Sports Clubs ( A multi sport project aimed at the hardest to reach living in Aston, Newtown, Handsworth & Hockley)   (Brief info)..............................

Our aim is to make a real change in the lives of the young people we are engaged with. This work is primarily delivered across North Birmingham, however the project is currently expanding due to its effectiveness in tackling the issues faced by the young people in our city.
